Pulse is a headline, trends, rates, weather and cricket aggregator. It links out to the original publishers and public data sources — it does not ask you to create an account, and it is not in the business of collecting or selling personal data.

What we don't collect

There is no sign-up, no user accounts, and no database. Pulse's backend keeps everything in a short-lived, in-memory cache that clears itself automatically and disappears completely when the service restarts.

What passes through our servers

• City search for weather. The city name you type is sent to a public geocoding/weather API to fetch a forecast. It is cached briefly on our server so repeat requests are fast, then it expires.
• Standard server logs. Like any web service, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. This is not linked to an identity, sold, or used for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Pulse does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If the site ever stores something in your browser (such as a display preference), it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third-party links

Every headline links to the original publisher's website, and financial/weather/cricket data comes from third-party public sources (news outlets, Google News, exchange-rate and gold-price providers, Open-Meteo, and public cricket feeds). Once you leave Pulse, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Children's privacy

Pulse is a general news and information site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
